The Early Days

2008 - 2021

It all started at Km/St/ Muslim Madhya Maha Vidyalaya. Just a curious kid wondering how the internet actually traveled through thin air. This curiosity was the spark that eventually led me to the world of endless cables and blinking lights.

Pixels Before Packets

This was the real test. As an L1 Support Engineer, I handled everything from Office 365 migrations to Active Directory mysteries. It wasn't just about fixing laptops; it was about keeping people working. I learned patience, rapid troubleshooting, and the art of "Have you tried restarting it?" (Spoiler: It usually works).

Now, I'm deep in the matrix. My days are filled with Unified Endpoint Management using Hexnode, securing perimeters with FortiGate firewalls, and orchestrating the Microsoft 365 cloud. I'm not just fixing problems anymore; I'm building the secure, efficient infrastructure that keeps the business running smoothly.
